1. I understand the knowledge offered at Ayurveda Amritanam Learning Center is a prevention-oriented health system and it is not a substitute for allopathic medicine. If I have a health condition, I agree to consult with my M.D. for any herbs or diet that I may include in my health routine.
2. I will use the knowledge that I gain from the Ayurveda Coach program to the best of my ability and will not hold Rose Carol responsible for any health issues that may arise for myself or my clients.
3. Live online classes twice per month on Thursdays from 5:30 pm to 7:30 pm and additional
recorded classes are posted in between live classes.
4. I understand that 225 hours are required to receive the Ayurveda Health Coach Certificate. The 225 hours includes: 100 hours of classes (live and prerecorded), and 125 hours of logged in time work which includes: guided required readings, videos, short exams, capstone project, and practicum hours (case studies).
5. I understand that I will be asked to record the hours of independent study and practicum hours and make a photocopy of it for graduation requirements.
6. I understand that the Ayurveda Health Coach training is foundational knowledge that will enable me to educate the public about Ayurvedic nutrition according to mind-body type, healthy lifestyle, herbal supplements.
7. I understand that I will not be able to diagnose disease or treat illness (unless a licensed medical professional). This certificate is focused on prevention and general imbalances related to mind-body types. Every state and country have specific laws regarding the practice of Ayurveda. I understand that Ayurveda is not yet licensed in the USA.
8. I understand the live classes are video recorded and if I participate in class, this will be recording
will be included and replayed to students.
9. I understand the harmony and communication are highly recommended to keep our learning container emotionally safe. Any bullying or disruptive behavior may result in being expelled from the learning environment and should be reported to Rose Carol.
10. The materials and video recording are trademarked and are not to be shared unless you ask permission from Rose Carol unless stated – intake forms are for your general use, and you may adapt them to your own style.
11. I understand that there are no refunds for the course, but I have the option to extend access to
the course if I need to delay completing the program.
12. I understand that I may extend my graduation date for one year if I need more time to complete
the required hours.
13. I understand that the curriculum that is taught has not yet been approved by NAMA (National
Ayurveda Medical Association) but in the past has been approved by the Ayurveda Association
of Professionals Practicing Ayurveda.
