Moringa Detox Soup

Ingredients:

1 pack of defrosted drumstricks or one fresh one to be purchased at Asian Grocery Store

Soma Salt to Taste

1/8 teaspoon each of tumeric, coriander, cumin, and fennel.  

1/2 teaspoon of ghee.

Cook all ingredients in about 2 cups of water on medium for about 20 minutes or until the inside is soft. The outer case is too touch to chew even when cooked.  You can suck the inside out like a straw but best to blend gently in a food processor and then strain the tough fibers out using a mesh strainer.  Keep the water and inner pulp for the soup.  You can re-blend the pulp and the spiced water for a smoother texture.  Add this soup with lunch or dinner on a detox day
