An Ayurvedic Health Coach is professionally trained to educate and guide an individual to maintain their health. They are able to determine a persons’ elemental imbalance (vata, pitta, kapha) and guide them back into balance using the ancient knowledge and practices of Ayurveda.
I completed the Ayurveda Health Coach Training course over 2021-22. Rose is a generous teacher who always offers the most to each student – She has an open-heart approach. She really looks after you. SVA is an authentic Ayurvedic lineage and has a lot to offer even to those with existing experience in the field of traditional Indian therapies. I have gained insight into pranic medicine, as well as consolidated my knowledge of Ayurveda through discovering deeper threads of connection.
I enjoyed the course immensely – it was very practical and applicable with a lot of great insights into the deeper aspects of Ayurveda. Rose Carol is such an amazing, compassionate teacher and healer with years of experience in her field, I can highly recommend anyone to do her course – whether for personal interest or to become a professional practitioner.
I was totally amazed at how many new things I discovered and how much I looked forward to class each week. Not only did taking this class exceedingly increase my knowledge base, but it helped me fall in love again with Ayurveda.
Rose is very knowledgeable in the realm of Ayurveda, highly experienced, and is able to share knowledge and therapy effectively and enjoyably. I loved the class, learned lots, and have deep appreciation and respect for Rose
The students enjoyed learning authentic Ayurvedic healing with Rose. Her depth of knowledge and firm grasp of the material is impressive, and she lovingly shares it with the students.
Rose Carol was invited to IVAC and consulted with us about refining the operations and treatments of our clinic in India. I highly recommend her as both a practitioner and consultant of Ayurvedic Health Care.
